What have we learned so far? It's been slow-going. A lot slower than we had anticipated. BUT, we are where we want to be. Life is great!

It's Really looking like a house now! It should be available for rent by the middle of June or beginning of July. Pace is slow and relaxed out here in New Mexico!
We went with the color "Taos" even though we're in Abiquiu. Neighbors like it. It vanishes into the scenery.
We had friends come up with some hub designs . . .

With the arid climate, the tongue in groove panels that were assembled in Minnesota, shipped out in December and sat outside under tarps shrunk, split and warped. They had to be disassembled, fit back together and installed individually.
Oh! There are cows that hang out during the winter!
