Pet Policy

We love dogs — and we welcome yours!

  • Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property. The 10 acres surrounding the domes are unfenced, and local wildlife (including coyotes, snakes, and bobcats) can pose risks.
  • If your dog sleeps on the bed, please use the spare sheet provided to protect the comforter or remove it entirely.
  • Do not bathe pets in the shower. New Mexico is in drought conditions, and water conservation is essential. Bathing pets indoors will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Please clean up after your pet and be mindful of other guests enjoying the quiet.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens — we understand.

  • Full refund if canceled more than 30 days before check‑in (including taxes).
  • 50% refund if canceled 7–30 days before check‑in, after the 24‑hour grace period.
  • Last‑minute cancellations within 7 days are charged for the two‑night minimum, subject to management discretion.
  • Refunds are processed promptly through Lake View Domes, LLC.

Property & Environmental Guidelines

Abiquiú’s high‑desert ecosystem is fragile. Please:

  • Conserve water and electricity.
  • Keep noise low after sunset to preserve the area’s quiet and dark skies.
  • Do not disturb plants, rocks, or wildlife around the domes.
  • Fires are strictly prohibited.

Wellness & Respect

Lake View Domes is a space for rest and reconnection. Guests are asked to:

  • Treat the domes and furnishings with care.
  • Refrain from smoking indoors.
  • Report any damage or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests.
